These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Schenk Technology ApS ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Denmark, and you or the entity you represent ("Customer," "you," or "your") governing access to and use of the Reflekt platform, SDKs, APIs, and website (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.
Reflekt provides tools and infrastructure for collecting feedback, surveys, forms, and other user insights across applications and digital products.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may be released as beta or experimental and may change or be removed without notice.
Accounts are created using supported OAuth providers such as Google or GitHub. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any API keys issued to you. All activity occurring under your account or API keys is your responsibility. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Customer accounts may only be created by individuals aged 18 or older.

Reflekt SDKs are provided under the MIT License unless otherwise stated. Use, modification, and redistribution of the SDK are governed by that license. However, access to Reflekt's hosted infrastructure, APIs, and dashboard requires a valid account and remains subject to these Terms.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including infrastructure, software, branding, and platform technology.
You retain ownership of data collected from your end-users ("Customer Data"). You grant us permission to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We may use aggregated and anonymized usage data to improve system performance and features. If you provide product feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies. Customers may request a copy of the DPA.
Customers may export their data where supported by the Service. Upon account deletion or termination, Customer Data will be removed from active systems within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, except where retention is legally required or necessary for backups.
You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided without a guaranteed uptime unless otherwise agreed in writing. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, or infrastructure issues.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schenk Technology ApS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

We are not liable for failures or delays resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government actions, or network outages.
You agree not to use the Service in violation of export laws or international sanctions and confirm you are not located in sanctioned regions or on restricted party lists.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
